Just did my 2nd baking just to proof if a cook also can be a baker. Even perhaps is not as nice as the real baker hehehhehehe....
Anyway, this triple chocolate cheesecake ini aku comot dari resep nya si Nigella Lawson. Gara-gara nonton dvd nya Nigella yang title nya Nigella Feast, ada 1 episode khusus utk chocolate. Since I'm more savoury type person, so this chocolate cheesecake is more suitable for me, not too sweet and there's still savaoury cheesy flavour gituuu...
Beberapa ingridient nya sih ngga aku sesuaiin ama resepnya since aku tuh lagi diet and also ngebayangin manisnya ampun-ampun kalo sesuain resepnya hueheuheuheuhuee..........
Maunya nih ya chocolate sauce nya sih ngga sebanyak kaya yg di photo, cuman gara-gara cheesecake nya bagian atasnya retak, jadi deh aku tutupin semua heheheh.... :P
kurang lebih preparation nya sebelon masuk oven sekitar 20menit sih. Cukup cepet sih untuk tipe kue. Huehehehhehe....
Like other chocoholic.... ngeliat chocolate batter sllluuurrrpppp......... jadi pas adonan dah masuk ke oven, udah deh mangkuk bekas adonannya diteletin terus sampe licin huahahahhahaha....mn
Pas dah jadi, langsung di bagi 3 buat di kasiin ke temen. Soalnya gawat kalo ngga di rumah bisa abis 1 loyang sendiri. Diet bisa gagal total. At least aku tuh dah puas bisa nyelesain bikin ini kue.
