Hari ini nyobain lunch di Bills Woollahra. Ordering the usual Sweet Corn Fritters, Ricotta Hotcakes and hot chocolate. Like usual all of these are so delicious, 2 thumbs up for Bill Granger for his simple fabulous recipes!
Suasana restaurant di Woollahra ini agak beda dikit daripada yang di Darlinghurst biarpun tetep ada large communal table in the middle seperti yang di Darlinghurst. Kalau di Woollahra atmosphere nya lebih commercial sih dibandingin yang di Darlinghurst. Mungkin juga gara-gara dikelilingin ama boutique2 plus dengan adanya outdoor area, sedangkan yang di Darlinghurst lokasinya kan di daerah perumahan dan indoor only with such a homey atmosphere, Love them all anyway!
Aku tuh suka banget ama Bill Granger style. So simple, beautiful & homey ngga hanya resep masakannya lho, design interior, menu dan buku-bukunya dan juga video nya bener-bener sesuai ama selera aku. Warna-warna yang dipilihnya selalu warna yang light dan ellegant gitu... dapur di video nya bener-bener dapur idaman deh. Check out his website : www.bills.com.au
Then next stop, kita mampir di Buzy Bakehouse. O wow.... Watch out people with diabetic... It's too much mouth watering in here. Aku sendiri cuman beli couple of Rum Balls. Mata dah dipakein kacamata kuda aja deh..pengennya dibeli semua...look at all gorgeous cakes, cookies and pizza!!!
Last stop: Victor Churchill Butcher Shop or Should I say Boutique perhaps? since this shop is so beautiful and not like normal butcher! Jadi nyesel ngga beli-beli. Nahan diri soalnya hahahhahaha... dah mulai kena kanker (kantong kering) dompetnya.. O my... Wagyu beef, Duck Fat, Gourmet sausages...... could you imagine how tasty these meats on grill or BBQ??

Beautifully presented meats in fridge. Bisa request mau di potong gimana gitu, tinggal bilang ama staff nya nanti dagingnya di potongin ama butchers nya. Uniknya, proses pemotongan dagingnya di display sendiri. Jadi customers bisa nonton butchers nya lagi potong-potong gitu. All staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Owner Victor Puharic (Right side) is so funny and helpfull too!
Untuk yang ini sih aku bener-bener ngga beli-beli deh. Bener-bener ngerem abis... hahahaha... maybe next month sesudah gajian kali hahahahhaha....definitely will come back soon!
